No. All of the itineraries that we send out are done so completely free of charge with absolutely no obligation to purchase.
This depends on several factors such as the length of time you plan to stay in Thailand, the number of locations that you plan to visit, the amount of people in your group, how soon you plan to arrive and the amount of information that you submit to us. The fast way to receive a plan is to jump on a quck call with one of our experts so that we can learn as much about your and your travel requirements to ensure we have all of the information we need.
In most cases a plan will be sent to you in a maximum of 36-hours.
Once the proposal is complete you will receive a PDF copy, plus a link to view the itinerary directly on your device.
When you have officially booked your trip the itinerary will be updated with all tickets and any relevant vouchers that will have direct access through on your device to keep everything together and to remove the risk of losing anything important.
Due to the ever-changing weather patterns, the best time to explore Thailand is from mid-November to mid-June. This is the hot and dry season. Late-June to late-October is the hot and wet season with the worst of the weather arriving in late-August to early-October.
Everything that is mentioned within the itinerary you receive will be included in the total cost of the trip. This will include, but is not limited too, accommodation, various meals, domestic transfers, domestic flights, activities and your own personal virtual concierge - available to you 24-hours a day to answer any questions that you have and to assist with anything that you need throughout your time in Thailand.
Effectively, anything missing from the itinerary that we send to you is not included in the itinerary. This includes, but is not limited too, your international flights, travel and medical insurance, spending money, meals and drinks not mentioned in the itinerary, tips for your guides or drivers and travel visa (if required).
Passport holders of 93 countries can enter Thailand witout the need for a visa of any kind. The length of stay permitted without a visa varies depending on the nationality of the traveler. If you're unsure whether or not you need a visa to enter Thailand, pleae drop us a message.
